All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials within the Service are the exclusive property of Rainty or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Rainty name, logo, or brand assets without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rainty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or financial losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €100 if no amount has been paid.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Users accessing the Service from the European Union retain all rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection and data protection legislation, including the GDPR.
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
